Fitness Planner Printables

My recent step back onto the path of wellness and fitness prompted today’s offering of free printable half-size (5.5 x 8.5 inch) size journal pages for your mini planner binder.

Click the respective images below to download all 5 colors in pdf form.  Print onto 8.5 x 11 copy paper, cut down the center and hole punch to fit in a mini-binder, or just use them, as is, to track your progress.

The Measurements and Weight log provides a page for your to record your numbers at the start of your programs and as you progress.

The Food and Activity Journals allow you to record what you eat each meal, log your activity and check off your water intake, as well as jot down some thoughts about how feel your journey is going.
