The 2B Mindset – All About Nutrition

Beachbody has introduced a completely new program called 2B Mindset, which focuses on nutrition, without going crazy counting calories or measuring portions, and…get this…workouts are optional.  What?!?!  That’s right, workouts are optional, they are B-O-N-U-S Points!  You may be wondering what kind of crazy program has optional workouts?  The answer is one developed by a nutritionist who has lost and kept off 100 pounds, someone who has truly been “there”, someone who gets it!!

Ilana Muhlstein, MS, Registered Dietition Nutritionist

From a young age, and due to her experience with weight loss camps and yo-yo dieting, Ilana Muhlstein knew she wanted to be a dietition, to help others achieve their goals, feel better about themselves and feel better, in general.  She built on what worked for her during those summer camps, when she lost weight and felt great.  Ilana has this to say about creating the 2B Mindset, “You see, I’ve always loved food and I love to eat large portions.  What I needed was a diet that would let me eat and feel satisfied, while still helping me lose weight.  There was no diet on the market like that, so I decided to create it myself.  I not only invented a solution to solve my own weight problem, so I could lose 100 lbs, I made it my career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist – so I could help anyone lose weight happily and learn how to keep it off for good – and still go on living my life and enjoying the foods I love.”

2B Mindset is not a diet.  It is not a fad.  It is about learning to create a healthier lifestyle.  A sustainable nutrition plan for the rest of your life.  And it will help you lose weight, without feeling hungry or deprived, without eliminating entire food groups, and without going crazy figuring out counting calories, or fat grams, or carbs, etc.
